quizzes 10point each variable number
Total Points 1000 plus 10 * number of quizzes
Design project
1. Choose an area with at least 5 soil types
2. Determine the possible uses of the land area. School, airport, housing development, shopping mall, farming
3. Construct at last 10 suitability maps, using soil maps
    For Example
	maps of crop yield
	maps of range productivity
	maps of woodland suitability
	maps of building site development
	maps of sanitary facilities
	maps of water management
4. Construct a recommendation land use map showing what use could be made of the area. The final map for a school
would show the best location for the buildings, the area that should be used for playgrounds, the area that should
be used for parking lot, the area to use for farming demonstration site. Describe in detail the overall development plan.
5. Source of soil surveys. SCS or Ag. Extension Office, Govt. Documents in Library , Professor
