Critical Thinking Question 

What would be the impact of limiting the number of cattle on public lands. What are the issues of cattle numbers on public land and how would you manage the numbers with a varying rainfall input through out New Mexico.  Write a 10  page double spaced paper that supports you views with references  and any computer tools you need to implement your pland and then be prepared to defend you answer in front of the class. You must form a team of 3 to 5 people to work with in the class to develop your view point. For the class presentation during lab, prepare a power point presentation to support you management methods .
