where Ym = the soil water potential j/kg
      Ye = air entry potential j/kg
      O  = moisture content
      Os =saturated moisture content
      b= power constant
conversion numbers 
     1 bar = 100 J/kg
     1 bar = 100,000 Pa = 0.1 MPa
     1 bar = 1020 cm
     1 J/kg = 1000 Pa = 1 kPa

multiply  (  Kg*s/m^3)*1388.9=in/hr
The above information  on fc and pwp was derived from  Israelsen 1932
The information on Campbell's model was derived from soil texture content
and a method described by Campbell 1985.
