2. Use the planning steps to describe how to plan the location of transfer station for solid waste in Dona Ana County. The transfer station is where the solid waste is delivered to before being transferred to the solid waste land file. Currently one exists in the City of Las Cruces that is used by the city and county. A second one is needed 

 3. Fill out the EPA check list to evaluate the Santa Fe water diversion EIS
